What challenges were you trying to overcome before using Kulturra?
The Driver Defense Team attracts clients from a diverse demographic. As such, their client’s preferred payment methods vary wildly. This makes Invoicing and billing complicated.
I implemented two other popular payment apps before testing Kulturra. They were never quite right. Our attorneys had difficulty billing clients on our previous Salesforce Financial app, as it could not handle our different payment options (cash, credit card, checks, money order, etc). We’d have to make 25 clicks just to accept a cash payment.
How has Kulturra helped you in solving the challenges?
Kulturra’s ability to handle an assortment of payment options attracted the Driver Defense Team. It gave the firm the ability to process their client’s payments with a few simple clicks.
Kulturra’s out-of-the-box features allow down payments and multiple installments that suits our needs. We now have a simplified way of billing our clients. It works perfectly and easily on all different payment options (credit card, check, cash, money orders, etc) including customized payment plans with different installment amounts. Also, we now have a good visibility of our cases, allowing us to see which one is paid, closed or still open. It allows for easier tracking, automatic notifications to our clients, and better insights on the status of all the cases we are handling.

What challenges were you looking to solve when you found Kulturra?
The Executive Team at Fishbowl wanted something that would easily integrate with our Salesforce CRM and could be customized to our business processes. Some of the other challenges included:
- Finding a software with a Payment Portal that would connect to our existing payment processor. This would allow customers to easily make a payment on an invoice at any time.
- Capability for Sales Reps to send invoices to customers from within Salesforce.
- Receipt Automation
- Payment Plan options for customers
- Recurring Billing options
- Easy Administration, wouldn’t require a Salesforce Admin to provide the administration for it.
How did Kulturra solved your challenges?
Installing Kulturra is quick and easy, and hooking it up to Authorize.net took no time at all. Our Sales Team really enjoys the simplicity of sending invoices from within Salesforce, and allowing customers to click on the Pay Now link within the invoice to make a payment. After a payment is processed the customer gets a receipt, and everything in Salesforce is updated to reflect this. If needed, the customer can request a payment plan, which the user selects in Salesforce, and it will automatically bill the customer based on the terms of the payment plan.
Kulturra also has a nice management area within Salesforce where any of our Sales Admins can go to make changes to the app.

We needed the flexibility to change installment plans, charge monthly fees, and use different credit cards. We wanted a system that would alert our customers if a payment failed and also a way to alert customers when their credit cards are about to expire. Plus, we wanted a system that would make it easy for customers to provide a new credit card and make payments.
