Job Description 

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Quality Assurance who will be working primarily to test Kulturra’s product lines to ensure the high quality of our softwares. They will be working also on other Salesforce development related tasks.

We are looking for friendly, patient, resourceful candidates looking for the challenges and rewards of working in a startup environment. On an everyday basis, you will be interacting with the Solutions Architect and main developers to discuss and collaborate requirements on the current and future releases of the main products of Kulturra.com.

Main responsibilities are: 

  • Works closely with development team to ensure processes, procedures, and best practices.  
  • Creates test plans and test cases for functional and regression testings
  • Creates test plans and test cases for new features and new releases
  • Provides in-depth troubleshooting skills to assist in resolving errors and performance issues.
  • Verify that fixes for defects and new features work as expected and do not cause regressions in affected areas.
  • Must have experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration and user acceptance testing; including end-to-end test scenarios
  • A background in Accounts Receivable and Payments is a PLUS.

Required Skills:

  • BS in Computer Science, Mathematics or any related field
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is preferred
  • 3-5 years of hands on experience developing UAT test plans, managing issues/defects, and test execution of web applications.
  • Minimum of 2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce platform
  • Experience testing (manual) Salesforce Projects is a PLUS
  • Strong understanding of SQA methodologies.
  • Expert in troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate, and document defects
  • Knowledgeable in building test plans, test cases and test scenarios
  • Background with end to end testing process and methods in Salesforce environment including System Integration
  • Experience with API testing
  • Experience with defining and reporting QA metrics for defined releases
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage your own time

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Customer Support who will be working primarily to resolve customer’s tickets and also will be involved in the improvement of Kulturra.com’s product lines. We are looking for friendly, patient, resourceful candidates looking for the challenges and rewards of working in a startup environment. On an everyday basis, the Customer support will be interacting with customers’ emails with their issues. The candidate should be able to communicate clearly the answers/solutions to the issues reported.

Main responsibilities are:  

  • As a Customer Support, you will be responsible in assessing Customer’s tickets and providing the best possible solutions or answers to their questions or concerns.
  • You should be able to accurately, quickly and efficiently provide answers to customer issues on multiple support channels/apps.
  • You should be able to navigate through a complex set of issues and problems to find a possible solution.
  • You should be able to coordinate with our team on various issues, updates, etc to ensure we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • You should be able to create and streamline new or existing documents on our Knowledge Base based on the customer support tickets that you have handled.

Required Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or any related field.
  • 2+ years experience in the Salesforce.com platform is A MUST
  • 2+ years experience as a Customer Support
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Triggers is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Communicates clearly the solutions to the customers
  • Build good rapport with customers to maintain a long term relationship with Kulturra

Job Description

Kulturra.com is looking for a talented Salesforce Developer who will be working closely with the Solutions Architect in the technical design and development of Kulturra.com’s product line within the Salesforce platform.

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the technical design, development, and code review of the product feature enhancements of Kulturra.com’s product lines. This role will actively build solution components, develop unit tests, guide testing strategy and play an active role in ensuring quality through the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Solutions Architect to set the high-level technology strategy for Kulturra.com’s product lines.
  • Develop, test and code review all product feature enhancements on the Force.com platform.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging code to provide solutions to customer issues
  • Develop technical documents that will support the development team, QA/Support team and Kulturra.com’s customers.
  • Create and streamline new or existing documents on our Knowledge Base based on the customer support tickets that you have handled.

Required Skills:

  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or any related field.
  • 5+ years development experience in the Salesforce.com platform with Salesforce.com certifications is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical leadership and/or technology consulting
  • Advanced skills on various Salesforce.com technologies like configuration, triggers, process builder, workflows, Apex, Classes, Visualforce, Lightning web components, SOQL, REST Services and HTTP callouts.
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies is a plus.
