Our app, Payment Center, is now widely used by hundreds of small, midsize and enterprise companies that are in the Salesforce platform. Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Sales team, working primarily on putting together and giving technical presentations to prospective customers. The ideal candidate would have knowledge and experience with the Salesforce platform in a consulting and/or administration capacity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account Executives to identify prospects’ key pain points and strategize how to present Kulturra’s value proposition.
  • Put together and give technical presentations to explain to prospective customers how Kulturra’s products can solve their pain points.
  • Build demo and trial environments to support sales presentations.
  • Use your in-depth product knowledge and technical skills to suggest and implement solutions for prospects.
  • Support prospects during their trial by coaching/training them on Kulturra’s products.
  • Act with urgency and precision to give users best in class pre-sales support in troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Communicate customer use cases to the implementation and development teams and work with them to ensure customers are onboarded properly.
  • Works with customers to train their teams on the product and identify (and solve) problem areas in their processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales engineering, technical support, or engineering experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Ability to give technical presentations to prospective customers.
  • A naturally helpful mindset, great attention to detail, and high technical aptitude.
  • Experience in a start-up or a start-up mentality.
  • A scrappy, hands-on, get stuff done attitude.
  • Ability to effectively convey customer requirements to implementation and development teams.
  • Intermediate to advanced Salesforce Administrator preferred.
  • Salesforce development experience is a plus.

Job Description

Kulturra.com is looking for a talented Salesforce Developer who will be working closely with the Solutions Architect in the technical design and development of Kulturra.com’s product line within the Salesforce platform.

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the technical design, development, and code review of the product feature enhancements of Kulturra.com’s product lines. This role will actively build solution components, develop unit tests, guide testing strategy and play an active role in ensuring quality through the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Solutions Architect to set the high-level technology strategy for Kulturra.com’s product lines.
  • Develop, test and code review all product feature enhancements on the Force.com platform.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging code to provide solutions to customer issues
  • Develop technical documents that will support the development team, QA/Support team and Kulturra.com’s customers.
  • Create and streamline new or existing documents on our Knowledge Base based on the customer support tickets that you have handled.

Required Skills:

  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or any related field.
  • 5+ years development experience in the Salesforce.com platform with Salesforce.com certifications is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical leadership and/or technology consulting
  • Advanced skills on various Salesforce.com technologies like configuration, triggers, process builder, workflows, Apex, Classes, Visualforce, Lightning web components, SOQL, REST Services and HTTP callouts.
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies is a plus.
  • Design and improve user interfaces to improve user experience
  • Ability to take business requirements and translate into technical specifications.
  • Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
  • Ability to work remotely and attend daily stand-up meetings.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage your own time.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
